Watercolour painting is the practice of applying water plus pigment into a surface, usually watercolour paper. The pigment/paint is commonly applied with a brush. It can be a great fun and an enjoyable experience. It’s a very relaxing and a satisfying process, where you can see yourself getting better and better with time by practicing a bit every day. Our short tutorials aim to inspiring and motivating you to create your own art pieces.

1- get your sketched paper ready. 2- start by painting the eye and beak with orange. 3-add some yellow around the front of the face. 4- using some strong green outline and wing and body. 5-apply some water on top and spread along the wing and body. 6-using some light ton of green start from the head and cover the all body. 8-add some strong green to define the up body.

9/10-apply some stronger green to define the edges of the parrot body.11- add some light red to the legs. 12-let dry of use the hair dyer. 14-use some darker green to define the wings. 15- apply some water to smooth out the lines. 16- add a dot of black to the eye.

17-apply some light brown to the trunk. 18- go on top with a stronger ton of brown to create some lines all along. 19- keep going. 20-add some leaves. 21-and pink flowers. 22-let dry of use the hair dryer. 23- Apply a little dot of white to the eye. 24-apply water to the background.

25-then apply some sky blue on to of the wet area. 26- let dry of use the hair dryer. well done!
